These Terms of Service govern your use of AiAdultMasterclass.com, the Adult, Nightlife - Digital Creator Ai Masterclass website, course reservation forms, checkout pages, emails, and related services. By using this website, submitting a form, reserving a session, or purchasing a class or course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company / Brand
This Masterclass is offered and operated by RMG Universal Brands LLC. Contact: ronnie@rmgmasterclass.com.
2. Age-Restricted / Adults-Only (18+)
This is an adults-only (18+) program covering adult, nightlife, and digital-creator content. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access this website, reserve a seat, or attend a class. Access requires age confirmation on entry and again at checkout. RMG Universal Brands LLC may refuse or cancel access where misuse, fraud, abuse, harassment, underage access, or policy violations occur. The program is educational and promotional only and does not host, display, or distribute sexually explicit media.
3. Course Format
The Masterclass is currently offered as live remote sessions unless otherwise stated, meeting on four Thursdays — August 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2026 — at 7:00 PM ET. Course pages may include dates, times, topics, bonuses, and related details. RMG Universal Brands LLC may update course structure, lesson titles, tools discussed, examples, bonus materials, or class format when needed to improve the experience or handle operational changes.
4. VOD / Recordings
VOD access is not currently available because live classes have not yet been recorded and prepared for VOD delivery. Do not purchase based on an assumption that VOD exists now. RMG Universal Brands LLC may record live sessions and may later make recordings, replays, or VOD products available at its discretion. Future VOD availability, pricing, access length, and delivery method may vary and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Session Selection Before Payment
You are able to choose your course, session, date, and/or time before payment is requested. Payment confirms the selected session shown during checkout. If a selected session cannot be honored, RMG Universal Brands LLC may offer a replacement session, credit, or refund.
6. Payments
Prices are displayed on the website or checkout page. Payments are processed securely by RMG Universal Brands LLC via Stripe. Taxes, processing fees, payment provider rules, and currency handling may apply. A purchase is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed and accepted.
7. Refunds and Rescheduling
Because you select your live session before payment, paid purchases are generally treated as confirmed for the selected session and are non-refundable for missed sessions, schedule conflicts after purchase, lack of attendance, or change of mind. If RMG Universal Brands LLC cancels or materially reschedules a session and the replacement does not work for you, RMG Universal Brands LLC may provide a refund, credit, or transfer at its discretion, subject to applicable law. 8. Transfers
RMG Universal Brands LLC may allow a buyer to transfer a seat to another person before the session begins if requested in writing and approved. Unauthorized resale, sharing, or transfer is not allowed.
9. Results Disclaimer
RMG Universal Brands LLC provides education, strategy, workflow training, and creative/business guidance. No specific financial, career, platform, streaming, social media, placement, algorithm, account growth, or business result is guaranteed. Your results depend on execution, market conditions, platform rules, personal effort, budget, timing, skill, and other factors outside RMG Universal Brands LLC control.
10. No Professional Advice
Course content is for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require licensed advice.
11. Platform and Ai Tool Changes
The classes may discuss third-party platforms and Ai tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude, social platforms, websites, payment systems, or automation tools. Third-party platforms change frequently. RMG Universal Brands LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, policy changes, loss of access, tool limitations, or inaccurate outputs from third-party systems.
12. Intellectual Property
All class materials, outlines, worksheets, prompts, workflows, slides, recordings, templates, copy, designs, and course content are owned by RMG Universal Brands LLC or used with permission unless otherwise stated. Buyers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
13. Prohibited Use of Materials
You may not copy, sell, upload, publish, distribute, share, teach, sublicense, repackage, or create a competing course or product from these materials without written permission.
14. Live Session Conduct
Attendees must act respectfully. RMG Universal Brands LLC may remove anyone who disrupts a class, harasses others, shares inappropriate material, records without permission, spams, or violates the rules.
15. Recording by Attendees
Attendees may not record, livestream, screenshot, duplicate, or redistribute class sessions or materials unless RMG Universal Brands LLC gives written permission.
16. Website Accuracy
RMG Universal Brands LLC works to keep website information accurate, but errors, typos, outdated details, or technical issues may occur. RMG Universal Brands LLC may correct errors and update information without prior notice.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RMG Universal Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to website use, class participation, platform changes, technical issues, or business decisions made from course content.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless RMG Universal Brands LLC, its owners, instructors, contractors, partners, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or misuse of course materials.
19. Changes to Terms
RMG Universal Brands LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
